Return Policy


Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your Baseline Bicycle purchase. We will gladly accept returned product in sale-able condition within 30 days of purchase.

If we made a shipping error, such as sending you the wrong color or size, or if you find the bicycle defective, then we will gladly send you a pre-paid return label to send the bike back to us. If the return is not due to our error, simply ship the product back in its original packaging and we will exchange your color/size or refund your purchase. The original packaging must be in “new” condition so that we can re-sell your exchange.

Please include a detailed note that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take. Please send your package via a traceable delivery service: FedEx, UPS, etc.

Important: Baseline Bicycles does not cover the cost of return postage EXCEPT for a defective bicycle or error in shipping (i.e. we ship you the wrong size/color than ordered). If you believe the bicycle you received is defective, please send us pictures via email so we can determine the defect and issue you a credit or send you an exchange. Ordering the wrong size is NOT considered an error on Baseline Bicycles’ part, so please be sure of your choice and of your size when making your purchase. Thanks!
